The Energy Design Team at Purdue is dedicated to exploring and developing cutting-edge energy solutions. Our projects range from designing a solar energy system for Penn State Health in the national Solar District Cup, to creating a residential hydrogen fuel cell station, and building RAINERGY, a comprehensive rainwater-to-energy system that includes hydroelectric generation, filtration, and storage.
The Solar Team is competing in the national Solar District Cup, designing a solar energy system for Penn State Health, and our Hydrogen Fuel Cell Team is developing a rechargeable, residential hydrogen fuel station for hydrogen powered consumer cars
